1. Returns and Refunds Policy

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or non-conforming merchandise. If you receive a product that’s damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match your order, please contact us immediately within 14 business days of receipt of the goods. This timeframe allows us to efficiently address issues potentially caused during shipping or manufacturing.

Your order number.
A detailed description of the defect or damage.
Clear photographs of the defective/damaged product and its outer packaging, if also damaged.
Once the defect or damage is verified, we’ll arrange for the product to be collected at our expense and will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund. The replacement product will only be dispatched after we’ve received and inspected the defective/damaged item.
1.2 Non-Defective Products and “Satisfaction Guarantee” Policy Given our commitment to customer safety and the nature of the products we sell (injectable dermal fillers, sterile medical, and/or cosmetic products), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products that have been opened, used, or whose original packaging and security seal have been tampered with. This policy is in line with current health and hygiene regulations and guarantees the integrity and sterility of products intended for medical/cosmetic use.
For non-defective products falling under the medical device or cosmetic category that have been opened or used, returns will not be accepted.
However, for non-defective products that are still sealed, in their original packaging, and resalable, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. This policy is a form of right of withdrawal and is designed to ensure your satisfaction. In this case:
The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original labels, security seals, and accessories.
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund will cover only the cost of the product, excluding original shipping fees.
The refund will be issued in the original currency of the purchase.
To initiate a return for a non-defective, sealed product, please contact us at info@beutools.pro to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
1.3 Refund Processing Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved in accordance with our policies, we’ll process your refund.
The refund will be issued within 2 business days from the date of return approval. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
1.4 Restocking Fees We don’t charge any restocking fees for returns that comply with our policy.
